Furniture maker, Dakota Jackson, teamed up with Steinway and Sons to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the famous Steinway grand piano. This was a unique collaboration where furniture designers had a chance to shape the instrument to their liking.
Dakota writes that they took away extra space in the shape, but kept the overall musical ability of the piano in place. The result is a streamlined version of the famous grand piano by Steinway and Sons. The smaller, more nimble instrument may be a better fit in less spacious living rooms
