This is an interesting positioning of curatain rods. Instead of one above whole window there are two shorter ones on the sides. Of course it negates the privacy purpose of curtains because they cannot be closed, but looks interesting for sure. It is the St.Tomas model from Mattamy in Kensington - Florida:
