This modern single family house built on perpendicular to the steeply sloping site with natural materials utilizations, like natural stones as decorating fences at outdoors, and sculptural fireplace for cozy interior design. This modern house has breezeway on the lower level to provide a protected entrance into a double height entry space. The breezeway also provides an outside connection between the uphill and downhill sides of the house. Private spaces and support functions are situated at either end of the structure to provide a single large central space to serve living, kitchen and dining functions. Deep roof overhangs allow the interiors space to extend outside for much of the year. Designed by El Dorado Architects.
