Designed by Bruno Rainaldi, and inspired by Mies Van Der Rohe’s classic Barcelona chair the Boss bed by Alivar uses lush material and dynamic texture to create a minimalist decadence. Built on a steel frame wrapped in polyurethane foam, the Boss bed has strength behind its comfort. The cool geometric steel legs contrast the curving texture of the warm leather headboard.The padded headrest is hand quilted and features capitone tufting and piping to give all the visual and tactile sensations of stitching on the leather and adds deep defining shadows to the lush material. The headboard adds a fabulous graphic style to the room, and is available in a range of rectangular shapes.
