A pretty unassuming and simple name for an Italian designer, Lamp comes up with designs and prints that exude energy and class. Ranging from a burning red to a tranquil white and from a royal gold to the flowing silver, the sparkling array of lighting fixtures on display is nothing short of stunning. Built in many forms and perfect for any modern home ranging from living spaces to the poolside, Lamp proposes all sorts of table, floor, wall-mounted lights and ceiling-suspended lights. Some of them blend into the surroundings, while others stand out as captivating works of art. That irresistible romantic red in the bedroom, definitely strikes us … [via Trendir]

Add a vintage nautical feel to your home with this floor lamp, a reproduction of a British surveyor’s tripod. Made by solid wood and solid cast aluminum parts, the tripod is a perfect solution if you’re seeking an eye-catching piece of lighting. Royal Marine Tripod is quite flexible – it features a machine-turned gear mechanism, a handle for adjusting the telescopic tripod base and a lamp head with white Flare shade that can be positioned up or down. To enjoy this exquisite lamp in your living-room you’ll need a 150W max. bulb and $ 1,250. Also check out this article on how to make a lampshade.

Betting over a lamp....
Labels:
Anna Spiro,
Lamp
I saw these poodle lamps when I was last in Brisbane visiting Anna's beautiful shop.
I should have purchased one when I was there but stupidly I didn't... I had a bet with my husband Luke when we were in Noosa, if I won I got the poodle lamp, if I lost - no poodle lamp for me.
LUCKILY I WON!! And Luke, ah hem, you owe me a fabulous lamp (and lampshade included)... You thought I had forgotten... Fingers crossed there is still one available. Otherwise it's... Double or nothing!!
